Dear members, delegates, and officers employed by Sydney Trains and NSW Trains, and employees of the AMWU NSW/ACT.
Yesterday, the Federal Court of Australia granted an Interim Restraining Order against all unions in the Combined Rail Unions (CRU) group.
We have been ordered to notify you that the industrial action contained in the document you can find here is not authorised or encouraged by the AMWU NSW/ACT, or any member of the CRU.
We have also been ordered to issue and distribute this communication to members, including a copy of the Interim Restraining Order (linked above) and stating that the actions contained in this document are not to occur, and are not authorised by the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union NSW/ACT Branch, or any member of the CRU.
