AMWU Holiday and New Year shutdown
- The Helpdesk will be closing at noon on Wednesday, 24 December 2025.
- The Helpdesk will be re-opening on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Helpdesk (inbound calls) – altered hours
From Monday, 17 November 2025 to Friday, 9 January 2026
- The Helpdesk Inbound team will be available to take incoming phone calls from 8am Sydney time to 6pm Sydney time - Monday to Thursday, and from 8am Sydney time to 5.30pm Sydney time on Friday.
From Monday, 12 January 2026 onwards
- The Helpdesk Inbound team will be available to take incoming phone calls from 8am Sydney time to 8pm Sydney time - Monday to Thursday, and from 8am Sydney time to 5.30pm Sydney time on Friday.
