AMWU Update on Lactalis

Last night at the Fair Work Commission, Lactalis agreed that our delegate’s unfair dismissal case is to be fast-tracked.

They also agreed to submit to a hearing of our dispute about delegates’ rights.

The Union has agreed that members are not to take unprotected industrial action or picket Lactalis’ Echuca site.

Members should attend for work as required. We will keep you updated about our fight for our delegates’ rights.
