We the undersigned call on UGL to implement pay parity across its mine sites in the Central Queensland region. We believe that working people with the same qualifications performing the same work should be paid the same rate. We believe that this would be a viable solution for UGL that will help maintain an established workforce, increasing productivity and safety.
