Oh McCain!

Oh McCain!

Workers at McCain in Ballarat are standing up for a better deal, fighting against management attempts to take away their job security, undermine their wages and conditions, and deny them reasonable access to their entitlements.

The workers have been taking protected action after months of stalled negotiations where McCain management refused to take the workers’ claims seriously. Instead, McCain have been denying workers access to their leave entitlements; contracting out their jobs; and flew in shoddy, inexperienced replacement workers from New Zealand whose carelessness caused a serious accident, burning a McCain worker’s arm with hot oil.

These workers are standing up for a fair go, and they need your support.

It will take just one minute to send an email right now to McCain management, calling on them to stop the outsourcing of local jobs and give the workers a fair deal.

Can you support the workers by sending an email below? All you need to do is type in "McCains" to the Company search bar, enter your details and click send!
