A 5-day course in two parts (3 and 2 days) with several weeks in between.
Dates: May 12-14 & July 14-15
This course covers foundation skills and knowledge including:
- Role of Delegates
- Dispute resolution procedures
- Assisting members
- Communication skills
- Fair Work Act.
Delegates should register for this course as soon as possible after being elected. When applying for leave you need to apply for the full 5 days.
