As all TMHA employees would know, 70-80 bargaining representatives have been bargaining separately in groups with TMHA Management across Australia for a new and better agreement. Nevertheless it has resulted in the TMHA Management ignoring all of our most important and substantive claims.
TMHA Management have ignored our claims because, unlike them, we are not a united bargaining group. Together we can achieve a better outcome, but this starts with sending TMHA management a clear and resounding NO VOTE to their proposed agreement.
