An inquiry into the election of the position of NSW Assistant State Secretary with respect to a purported irregularity will be conducted by the Federal Court of Australia at Law Courts Building, 184 Philip Street, Queens Square, Sydney commencing 10.15am on 11 December 2023 and 12 December 2023. If a member wishes to be served with a copy of affidavit material and submissions relied upon by the Applicant they should contact solicitors for the Applicant by email at [email protected] prior to 25 October 2023.
