Hunter Jobs Rally

On March 24, hundreds of Hunter union members and their families joined a rally to call for investment in local industry.

Workers called for the State Government - which goes to election in 4 days - to commit to building the next fleet of Sydney trains here in the Hunter, supporting the jobs of hundreds of workers.

A similar commitment has just been made in Victoria - with the new Premier Dan Andrews rolling out work to Ballarat rail yards.
