Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union

Enrol to Vote

Did you know that at the 2013 election 400,000 young people between 18-24 were not enrolled to vote?

That’s 400, 000 young people who didn’t get a chance to have their say. With an election just around the around the corner, it's important that young people get to have their say on election day- after all, the decisions made by our leaders affect our present and our future.

Did you know that when you turn 18 you are not automatically enrolled to vote? Or that when you move house you need to update your enrolment information? To vote at this year's election and ensure that your voice is heard, make sure that you are registered to vote.

This election, enrol to vote so that you can vote for candidates that support Australian manufacturing and Australian jobs.

Click the button to go to the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) website to either update your enrolment or register to vote for the first time (it only takes 4 minutes!):

Come back and fill out the following to let us know you enrolled and you'll go into the running for a $200 JBHIFI Voucher

Have you enrolled to vote?
